Hayre McElroy & Associates, LLC (HMA) was formed to provide public and private clients with high quality, responsive, and Value-focused special inspection and testing services, construction management, code compliance and engineering services. Our firm is founded on a construction management platform, enabling a construction management "spin" to the standard special inspection services. The result: Value-based services with the ultimate goal of providing our clients with a better project at a reduced overall cost.

HMA has a simple philosophy; provide our clients with responsive, reliable services at a fair cost. We pride ourselves on being a team of professionals. Many of our staff are often referred to as technicians. We consider all of our staff to be professionals, and instill this important philosophy in all of our personnel.

Our staff consists of experienced, knowledgeable individuals with strong communication skills. Our hiring philosophy is to add only the best in the industry to our team. We believe our clients not only expect this, but deserve nothing less.

HMA is committed to seeing every project through to its successful completion. An important element in the success of a project is maintaining staff consistency. We avoid changing personnel during the course of a project.
