	The project located at the Fort Lewis Army Base consists of replacement for the sanitary sewer lines. 
	The definable features of the inspection scope are as follows; Replace existing sewer line with new 12" 
	diameter PVC sewer line. Replace concrete sidewalk, roadway, and curb to first panel joint beyond the 
	construction limit. Match new concrete toexisting concrete, Install sanitary sewer piping; concrete and 
	asphaltic repair for roadway and sidewalks. The majority of inspection work consists of utility installation, 
	trench backfill, concrete and asphaltic roadway repair.
