Hayre McElroy & Associates is providing M.E.P code compliance oversight during construction of a 22,380 square foot combined laboratory building. The project includes: A new 22,380 square foot combined laboratory building, including two prefabricated buildings on the pontoon. Site development includes a 100 stall paved parking area, pier to a floating pontoon, and extension of existing base utilities at the Naval Base Kitsap. Addition of HVAC systems include; plumbing and gas systems; fire protection systems, anti-terrorism force protection, card swipe/electronic keypads. The project oversight and quality assurance inspection and testing includes:

• Pre-con/progress meetings
• Underground transmission and distribution
• In-slab mechanical and electric inspection
• High voltage primary electrical
• Mechanical systems installation/HVAC
• Inspection of transformers
