	Hayre McElroy & Associates is providing quality assurance of special inspection andmaterials testing services to Seattle Public Utilities 
	for three reservoirs in the City of Seattle. Each reservoir, currently open-air ponds, will be converted to below-ground enclosed structures. 
	The largest of the three reservoirs, Beacon, consists of more than 1100 concretecolumns supporting a 38-acre reservoir roof. As the owner's 
	representative; HMA is responsible for accepting or rejecting concrete supplied to the site.
