PROJECT: High Pointe Revitalization Project

Hayre McElroy & Associates is providing geotechnical observation, and special inspection and materials testing services during demolition, utility inspection, and foundation excavation for the revitalization project. The project is under the authority of the City of Seattle Housing Authority, and includes activity for demolition of existing structures, and replacement of new infrastructure for housing. Geotechnical oversight and quality assurance inspection and testing includes:

• Full-time geotechnical observation and testing
• Nuclear gauge testing and reporting
• Performance testing and inspection
• On-site and off-site laboratory testing
• Geotechnical engineering trouble-shooting and support
• Asphalt and concrete pavement
• Drainage and erosion control (TESC requirements)
• Daily field reports, and weekly summary reports
