PROJECT: Seattle Center Condominiums

Hayre McElroy & Associates is providing special inspection and materials testing services to Intracorp for the 7-story Seattle Center Condominium mixed-use project. The project includes approximately 200,000 sf of upscale residential living and mixed-use space, and two floors of underground parking. Quality assurance inspection and testing includes the following:

• Structural and Post-tensioned concrete
• Structural Masonry
• On-site and Fabrication Shop Welding
• Shotcrete
• Seismic hold-downs and anchors
• Lateral wood framing
