PROJECT: Eagle Harbor Maintenance Building

Hayre McElroy & Associates is providing project special inspection and materials testing services during construction of Maintenance Facility at Eagle Harbor on Bainbridge Island. The project includes seismic upgrades, including timber pile stubbing, repairing and replacing timber caps and stringers, drilled shafts, concrete cap and concrete floor slabs, installation of steel moment frame core and horizontal bracing and drag struts. The project is oversight and quality assurance inspection and testing includes:

• Reinforced piling
• Timber cap stubbing
• Structural foundation concrete
• Precast panel concrete
• Drilled epoxy anchors
• Wood framing
• Bond-strength pull off testing
• Structural steel and welding
