PROJECT: Ironwood at Harbour Pointe

Hayre McElroy & Associates provided special inspection and materials testing of a 120,000 sq ft five story condominium project adjacent to and north of the club house at Harbour Pointe Golf Course. The 48-unit project consists of four levels of residential area constructed of cold form steel framing system above a one level of concrete parking structure partially below grade. Materials testing and inspection oversight included:

• CIP Reinforced Concrete
• Structural and Post-tensioned concrete
• Structural shotcrete
• Seismic hold-downs and anchors
• Lateral wood framing
